Individual workouts offer overall skill enhancement. Working individually with a professional coach is the best way to focus on personal strengths and weaknesses as a player. Individual workouts are open to players of all ages, boys and girls.

 

Over the course of the one-hour individual session, Coach Katie will employ
a team-coaching method, combining her coaching techniques to create the best possible learning environment.

 

Workouts are designed specifically to players' needs, resulting in maximum improvement.

Learning the mechanics, exercises, and drills from a professional provide players with a one-of-a-kind practice environment.
